I took my car here to get serviced in the past. My engine light was off when I took the vehicle in. The engine light was on when I picked it up. I paid the mechanic for the work he did but he did not care about the issue with my engine light and shooed me away.

I usually go on Groupon and get good deals.. scheduled an appointment with them n they still accepted the Groupon that was sold out! Just an oil change for my suv, very professional setting! I would recommend!

Have been going to All4Tires for years now and they have always taken great car of our cars. Great service and pricing!!!

Was told by CarMax to take my car here because I kept breaking down. All4Tires could not figure it out. Also told me they were swamped after having it a week. I've wasted a week, car was not repaired, and I was charged $120 for the diagnostics test. Had to have it towed somewhere else. Absolutely absurd!!! Owner just called me explained the situation better. He said he personally had taken it out and worked on it even though he could not find the problem. He was kind enough to refund my $120. I think that is very professional of him! Maybe some day I can (and I will) give them a second chance

All 4 Tires has never disappointed me ! James has always handled every situation in the most professional way possible. The mechanics to me are considered MASTERS! No matter the job big are small they will take care of you. Give them the opportunity to service you and you will see for yourself there is no need to look for another shop ! Every customer wants a peace of mind and to feel like they are in good hands WELL LOOK NO FURTHER ALL 4 TIRES IS THE TRUTH!!!! Family is what you will call them when it’s all said and done (5 BIG STARS ) from me!!!!!!

This is not my family first time at ALL 4 TIRES. Awesomeness is what I get when I come. The Team Keep you informed the whole entry time your car is in their shop. Above was my first review below is not so good experience . I went to get my needed oil change. That was the only problem with my vehicle a/c working good and car running smooth, from the eye. When they did they regular service check to make sure everything is good. An alert for carbon air filter needs changing and engine coolant we decided to do just a filter come back for the coolant after a business trip. Unfortunately when they changed the filter it caused other problems that they didn’t notice. The car started leaking from the inside. We told the shop they said it’s just condensation. We said okay, we went out of town it started leaking leaking, later that evening we have a flood. We told the shop they said bring it in, a/c line is clogged they told us that we had to wait until Friday mins you. There is water ruining the inside and probably the area where a/c is. We schedule an appointment at 3 but work went over so we didn’t get there until around 4ish they said they closing bring it Monday. Bring it Monday they unclogged the line but now the fans are wet. Now look at that more money !!!! They recommend we wait to see if it drys because it made no sense to spend money on something that can fix itself . Okay we said. What I have to say if you check a car before doing repairs nothing like this will happen of course stuff happens but this is negligence if you ask me. And if nothing that is checked when I told you the problem and the urgency they should made my vehicle a priority because I’m a returning paying customer. I don’t just come to get my vehicle service sometimes I come every time my vehicle needs maintenance service. On top of that they didn’t offer no discount nothing . They extremely expensive too

The work was completed on my vehicle in a timely manner but I feel like the staff could have gone the extra step to make sure that all parts that were being replaced were new they did replace a hub and brake disk on my front passenger wheel but they put the old brake pads on the new disk so I am currently driving around with the scraping noise coming from the vehicle that was not their priorit was not their prior too now I have to go and get the brakes done at a different location I was not fully satisfied with the work I feel like the brake pads should have been replaced when they replaced the disk

Nothing is done without your 1st knowledge. They text/email your diagnostic, with explanation and it is extremely helpful, And on time. The facility is extremely pleasant. I will and have been recommending All 4 Tires.

We are a family on a very tight budget & taking our car in to be worked on is stressful for us. This time couldn’t have been any different. The team at All 4 Tires went above and beyond. They cared for my safety when I told them the state of the vehicle & worked with our ever changing schedule. The payment options they have was the cherry on top and we will always chose All 4 Tires for all our auto needs.
