This is my second time coming here and their response to professionalism is horrible. I tried several times to get a simple oil change and I had to jump through hoops before actually getting my car looked at. Before bringing my vehicle to this location, I spoke with an employee, who first tried to rush me off the phone, but when I became informative about getting a different car looked at, which was not in their system, that's when I was being heard. Then when I was finally able to get my car serviced, the employee had nerve to try and tell me I couldn't get my car looked at because one Groupon can only be used. For classification I asked, "One Groupon in general?" The employee told me "yes." When I informed him it was a different car, THEN it was considered "acceptable." The problem I have is if this was such a problem, maybe more information should have been asked during my initial phone call instead of trying to be rushed off. I cannot do this place again. Maybe it may be better for you, but never again for me. DONE!!!!
