Sat in they shop for 2 and a half hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. Took 2 weeks to get in contact with anybody to even be able to MAKE that appointment. Heard the mechanic and front desk associate lakeisha going back and forth arguing about sitting equipment on people’s cars while standing next to and motioning to my vehicle. Never received the diagnostics. And to top it all off, they did not properly reattach the plate underneath my car, it was hanging halfway off and damaged the underside of my vehicle. I will never in my life recommend anybody to come here, I will encourage people to AVOID yall.

Lakeisha has great knowledge and is very personable. Clean environment and close to food while you wait.

Lakiesha and the team went above and beyond for me. They were so helpful and friendly! I’ll definitely be back.

i had a good experience today with my oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Lakiesha explained everything to where i could understand and felt comfortable with what i was buying. very important for women who have to go to auto shops alone and scared to get overcharged. she was great and definitely a good team member!

Scam artists and liars. Do not go here unless you want unnecessary repair quotes. I went in for an alignment via Groupon. Mistake #1. The alignment was fast and everything seemed okay. But before I left they told me a) my brake fluid was dark b) I should get a new cabin air filter. I stay on top of my car maintenance, and those two “suggestions” also should have been a red flag because I had a brake fluid exchange done recently AND had my air filter changed. When I mentioned this to Lakeisha (front desk), she told me it was “based on the mileage of your car.” So they didn’t actually check anything. Another red flag. So I leave and notice my steering wheel wasn’t centered. I called back and made arrangements to get this checked out a few days later. This is where it gets scammy and shady: Lakeisha and Alex (mechanic) first tell me I needed a “full alignment” that was quoted at $145 to fix the issue. But then Alex chimes in with these silly diagrams showing me how my tire is “off” and I need a bolt to fix my steering wheel. So now we’re looking at an additional repair AND labor. It gets worse: the two of them start “researching” on the computer and come to the conclusion that I actually need a BALL JOINT repair and replacement. Lakeisha hesitated to tell me the cost until I kept pushing. They quoted me $868 to fix my car. I was floored. And guess what? I almost paid it because I was desperate to get it fixed. But instead I left and got a second opinion from a friend who knew a LEGITIMATE alignment business in town. My ball joint was 100% fine. They did my alignment wrong. And now my steering wheel is straight and back to normal. This shop felt so bad for my experience with them and told me to watch out for scammers. Now I know. I paid less than $100 to get it done correctly. Not $900. Lesson learned. Moral of story: you get what you pay for. Do not go here. Ever.
