I visited All 4 Tires from an alignment Groupon. Despite the disappointment of needing more work done to get the alignment, I was completely satisfied with Kellyn and staff. They were all very transparent, and the mechanic walked me through everything. I was provided pics and video, given the best price for parts, and even loaned me a vehicle for the 3 days. The facility, including the waiting room, is very clean, which was unexpected for a mechanic shop. I will definitely return. Sidenote... Kellyn offers a women's basic training car course to learn about car maintenance. I thought this was a great idea. Especially for new drivers. I plan to take this course with my niece.

Initially I came here for just an alignment and tire rotation. Instead, I got a full service inspection including general maintenance and advice. 99% of repair shops will upsell me and tell me things that need to be fix when it is still fine. Instead, Kellyn told me a few maintenance advice that I should look into in the near future and that my car is in perfect condition. She did not try to upsell me and instead was so honest with their inspection that she didn't charge me. Overall, the experience was amazing and I will be coming back in the very near future.

The service was great! Kellyn took really good care of me. Her customer service was top tier, she made sure my car was taken care of same day! 10/10.

I went to All4Tires because I had a Groupon. Once I got there, they did an inspection of my car (which does cost extra on top of the Groupon, but it’s still cheaper than anywhere else). They noticed that my front tires were about to explode and recommended I get them changed immediately. Usually I’m hesitant when I go for one service and I am told I need to pay more for other things. However, All4 sent me a text message while I was there with a link to all of the things that should be done, will need to be done soon, and the things that are good. They included pictures with the diagnostic report, so I could see what was going on. They also took me to my car to show what was going on. I don’t have that much money right now, so I was very stressed about being able to afford the necessary work. Kellyn (the manager) was able to help get the bill down to almost my budget, which I am so thankful for. While all of the work was happening on my car, I was hanging out in the waiting room. I had enough time to watch The Price Is Right and then read a novel (it took like five hours total) but it was comfortable. Kellyn even offered to include me on their lunch run! (Really good tacos nearby, btw.) I would seriously recommend this shop to anyone, they go above and beyond to help you.
