Diagnosed my mother’s car for an oil leak and stated it was a rear main seal issue. They advised an astronomical amount for repair. Before agreeing to repair I sought a second opinion of which they found it wasn’t the rear main seal after all. It wasn’t even an oil leak. It was engine coolant dropping on the bottom of car that became soiled and it looked like oil. Or only did they mis-diagnose the car, they actually added 2 quarts of oil, charged my mother for it along with $100 for a diagnostic fee. The second mechanic had to drain the oil that was overfilled. I’ve called twice to try to get a refund for my mom for the mis-diagnostic charge since having the car repaired and have gotten no response. Taking money from an older woman on a fixed income is terrible. So sorry we gave them a chance a small local business we were only trying to support! If they had a 0 star I would leave that but I cannot!

I sincerely request all customers not to go to All 4 Tires, They are cheating the customers, end up wasting your money and breaking your car. Very very bad customer service. Manager/Owner always hides and never show up for complaints. Very Disappointing, I have asked for 4 Wheel Alignment, High Speed Wheel Balancing, Tire Rotation and Oil change and 30 point inspection. 1. For Wheel Alignment- No reports were shared regarding my car alignment, old and new pictures. Silly reason saying Printer not working. 2. For Oil Change - I am not sure whether they really changed oil or not, when i was driving back from service center to home, it alarmed me for Oil at 20%, needs oil change. 3. 30 Point inspection - No inspection done, asked for check list of inspection. 6 months ago done 30 point inspection in Honda service center, they have identified few things which needs to be replaced in next 6 months. But these guys didn't check anything and said no complaints which is very false.

I was told the DMV office would waive my failed emissions test if I spent up to $800 on repairs. This I did and it was a total lie and scam as they claimed never to have heard anything of such. I came back to the big, white guy at the counter and he just apologised without any refund. Then why lie to your customers, just to make money off them? SMH.

I hate to leave a bad review because everyone was nice, but, I have never had an oil change take 3 hours. 3 HOURS. I went on my lunch break, which I have done plenty of times at different places, because a typical oil change usually only takes 20-30 minutes. I would have never gone, if I thought I would be sitting there half of my day and then had to use vacation time for the time I missed. Luckily my boss was understanding, but it was still embarrassing to continue to receive texts in that time wondering where I was. Now, they were also doing a 30 Point Inspection, but it still should not have taken that long. When I initially called to schedule an appointment, I asked if topping of fluids was included in the service and I was told yes. I knew I needed the fluids topped off with my oil change, since I had come back from a road trip. At the end of the inspection, they told me my coolant was low, so they thought I might have a leak, but they didn't top it off! The next day on my way home, my car started overheating. I don't have a leak, nor have I seen anything leaking or had any issues until then. When I opened up the reservoir and radiator, they were both DRY. I had to go get coolant on my way home that day. Also, the gentleman who was working on my car, was moving so slow. I was watching him work, and he kept taking breaks and checking his phone, walking around. All I could think while sitting there, was "Why isn't he working? Is he waiting on something? Can't he work on something while he waits?". At the end, I felt like I had been robbed $90. It is so hard to find a mechanic/shop to trust, who you feel will not take advantage of you or think you are incompetent because you are a woman. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Women beware, get second opinions before you waste your hard earned money for service they tell you that you need because you may not need it and find out it’s something else. I was dooped twice at this store by two different people. Last year I was told my control arms needed replaced and the mechanic didn’t tighten a bolt on the right side which caused my steering wheel to shake really bad, after wasting my valuable time going back up there twice in a week they then tried to say it was my automatic power steering and ailment. Took it elsewhere and was told about the lose bolt, I was furious at that point and really upset I cried. I could have had a bad accident due to that bolt not on there right for something I didn’t even need fixing in the first place. All I actually needed was new breaks and rotors. A couple weeks ago I had a front end suspension check they said my tire rods and stabilizer link, again close to 1k to fix, ha ha I already knew to get a second opinion based on last year mess, and sure enough tire rods are in good shape stabilizer link good as well, it’s my struts that needs replaced. They didn’t mention nothing about those. I won’t ever go back there again for nothing not even to buy tires or a oil change. To answer your response below, yes I left the review in the right place. And service my car 7x last year, count the few times I took it back from last year issue and fixing my flat tires few times as well since I had a warranty on my tires. That was the only reason I went back, then was told new workers so I decided to give it another chance couple weeks ago.. well that was last time, and my warranty is over so agin I won’t ever go back there again.
