After purchasing a Groupon for a tire rotation and oil change, as well as making an appointment it still took them 2.5hrs for them to finish. There was also miscommunication regarding the need for “authorization” to run a diagnostic test in which ended up costing me $100 that I wasn’t planning on spending. That was the whole point in buying the Groupon to begin with. For future notice, you should probably clarify that you need to get authorization from the customer and not the mechanic before you start fixing things on a customers car especially if it’s something that is going to cost a customer money & even if it is as simple as running a diagnostic test.
Hi Jacob. We apologize for this miscommunication. Please give us a call at 770-575-9156, we would love to make this right for you.
