Do not take your car here!! I have spent over 2k in this shop originally and everything that they have done to my car has had to be redone. The owner does not stand by the warranty that you pay for. Had front brakes and tie rod replaced, tie rod went out within 6 months. Took it back because it was still under warranty, the owner, after arguing, reluctantly agreed to replace. Here we are 3 months later, and the same tie rod needs to be replaced again. Oh, and the brakes, Pep Boys informed me they were never touched. Around the same time, bought a brand new set of tires (with a warranty). Today, one tire is leaking. Again, took it back because it still is under warranty. We were met by the owner, who refused to even get up and look at the tire. Instead, he repeatedly says, it's not covered under the warranty.... but hasn't looked to see what's wrong. He then gets up and walks away....horrible customer service, horrible management/owners, and does not stand by their work or warranties that their customers purchase. I wouldn't trust them with my bicycle!

Found this place on a groupon ad. They did what was asked and for a very reasonable price.

I have visited this establishment previously and received EXCELLENT SERVICE, which prompted me to come back. I was in need of an oil change as well as an emissions test this time around and THIS time the customer service was horrible. I was in the parking lot at 7:50 am when the gentleman opened the door. I went inside and asked about the price of an oil change...the gentleman was very dry to me...but I was okay because it was so early in the morning. We get all the info and he tells me the price, then the kicker..even though the store opens at 8am they don't actually start working on cars till 9am. So why open at 8??? On top of that the emissions equipment was not working either. So I got NOTHING accomplished and a nasty non-chalant attitude!! As a female I really have a hard time when trying to get my car serviced, im either overcharged or treated as if I cant possibly know anything about my car! I thought this place was different, I drove for 45 min to get here. I will NEVER EVER do business again with this establishment!!

Amazing service and even better work

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a broken window motor and what I received in return was way worse. The technician broke my door latch on my driver door. The motor for the window went out a month later and numerous things were stolen from my car. I would advise all to stay away from this location.

Hello Mr Burch We understand your frustration. We were able to review our security system and it shows you grabbing your gun from the glove compartment. We actually saw the Technician was who made you aware you have left it at the car. We understand how frustrating it is to lose a valuable, but it definitely did not happen here. For any damage or warranty on the vehicle remember we offer 24 months or 24k miles warranty on any repair.

I recevied a oil changed there multiple time and got four new tires. Timing is good and customer waiting room is clean. They never reset my service light in my car. So Everytime I start my car it say that I need service and I done. So how will I know when my car needs to be serviced again?

I had an appointment at 2 to get an oil change and alignment. I get there at 2:05 and the manager says all his crew is on lunch .... i ask why he says he has no control over when they go to lunch. Thats nonsense. If you have a customer coming in at 2 why let workers go to lunch?? Then he also said the oil change machine is broken.. i ask how long have you known about this.. manager says 1 hour. But he never called the customers to tell them. Due this frustration, me and the manager got into an altercation... So i wrote this review and the owner did make it right and i was able to get my vehicle serviced which i am thankful and grateful for. so im changing this to 3 stars.

Very unprofessional. This place will have you stranded on the road or either bringing your car back again and again for something they should have fixed the first time. They let unlicensed mechanics work on cars and I will be reporting this business to BBB and mechanics board in GA!!!!!!!!! They should revive 0 stars.

I have foreign car that needed some work. They completed the work, but my car would not crank afterwards. When I took it back to them, explaining that my car has crank issues, they wanted to completely rewire how my car starts. I asked them if they knew what they were doing when it came to my vehicle, and they said they did. I declined having my vehicle rewired for a push button start ignition, since that is not recommended and there was no guarantee it would even work. I had it towed from their shop and took it to a specialist, who actually pinpointed the problem ( which had nothing to do with a push button start). The specialist shop had the foreign car codes needed for my vehicle. Problem solved. I would say for routine maintenance issues, All4Tires would be fine. But for major work on a foreign vehicle...please don't use them.
