PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! I BEG OF YOU!! I purchased a Groupon and got an Oil change/rotated tires/safety inspection. The owner called me and said I needed 2 tires, front brake pads and rotors. I decided to get it done because I was headed out of town the next week and I wanted the car in great working condition. My car was worked on Saturday (June 18th) , not even 2hrs later, one of the two tires they put on my car flattened. I brought my car back to them and they changed it. Thursday, June 23rd, I headed out of town. While on the road, it felt like my wheel was going to come off. I had to risk driving on it because I was in the middle of nowhere. When I finally got to my destination, I had to pay someone else to check it out and they told me whoever put the tire on did not screw the nuts in all the way and the remaining three were improperly installed. I contacted ALL4TIRES and the owner, ALEJANDRO did not once get on the phone after I specifically asked to speak to him. His receptionist kept referring messages from him. She told me to bring the car back in but the problem was, I was out of town and couldn't do that. I ended up having to rent a car for the rest of my trip which I did not budget for AND pay someone to make the car at least operable so that I could make it back in town to Georgia. I told the receptionist the exact day I was coming back in town and I wanted to speak to the owner in person since my issue wasn't important enough for him to even give me a call back or get on the phone during the initial call. When I got back in town, I brought my car back, once I got there, he's nowhere to be found even though I said what time and day I would be there. The receptionist stated he was NOW out of town for a week. As a result, I had to continue to drive around on a bad wheel for a WHOLE week as I could not afford to RENT a car for another week. I came back after the week, yet again (mind you I'm taking off work to do so), and he happened to be there. I could have told him how unprofessional he he handled my situation or his lack luster attitude about it or how he ignored my repeated calls but at this point I was exhausted. I just told him I wanted my car FIXED IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR. I had none of these wheel issues before they worked on it. He brought it to the back and pretended to check it out. He said he didn't think it had anything to do with their work unless it was the tire. I told him the wheel may have gotten damaged BECAUSE the nuts were not installed properly and unbeknownst to me, had fallen off. I had driven 500 miles before I got to my destination and someone was able to check it out. So yes, their work was the byproduct to the new issue that had arose. I HAVE NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES WITH MY WHEEL EVER BEFORE ALL4TIRES WORKED ON MY CAR. As my husband I noticed that Alejandro was dismissing their wrong doing and continued to check out tires instead of looking elsewhere to the structure of the wheels, we decided to take my vehicle to somewhere else because we were getting nowhere. So now I'm stuck with more damages to repair than what I did before I brought my car here on June 18th. Not to mention the money I paid for the rental car I had to use out of town instead of using my OWN car and the money I paid someone else to just put a band-aid on the problem so I can get back to Georgia safely. Not to mentioned the time wasted on phone calls trying to hunt Alejandro down and missing work trying to bring the car in. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE LONG READ BUT PLEASE TAKE HEED TO MY MESSAGE TO YOU WHEN I SAY, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THIS OWNER IS MAKING HAND OVER FIST MONEY CATCHING PEOPLE THROUGH THE GROUPON BAIT BUT DOESN'T REALLY CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH HIS WORK. I never leave comments but I just wanted to warn you all. I will be taking this complaint to the Better Business Bureau so I hope he is reading this and change is bad practices real fast. I wish there was lower than I stay they SUCK Owners a crook and a Columbian loser scum bag best suggestion fix it your self ask a friend or go somewhere else run run far away in fact call first and how dumb he be 😃and he stole the change out my car

Very horrible. I bought a groupon for a four wheel alignment and when I got there they told me they couldn't do the alignment unless I bought 2 tires for $45 a piece. I bought the tires and they did the alignment only to tell me at the end that the alignment wasn't fully done because I needed parts to make it 100%. I left and as soon as I left my traction, ABS, service engine soon, and brake light lights came on. I called and they said come back in they said they needed to reprogram something to make the lights go off. They did and as soon as I left the second time the lights came back on and now my speedometer wasn't working I immediately called and the guy, Mark, said come back in and they'd take care of it. I went back and they got the speedometer and most of the lights off but then told me that the ABS light and traction light will not go off because I need a new ABS sensor. There was no problems with my car and those lights did not come on anytime before and he said I'd have to buy the part myself and bring it back to them to fix. As I was leaving I noticed all of the lights had come back on and the issue had not been resolved. HORRIBLE SERVICE! They just want to get you for your money!

The service was horrible. I got used tires and they put completely bald tires on my car! If I wanted bald tires I wouldnt have paid 40 a piece I could have just kept the ones I already had on there!!! On top of that I asked for an oil change and they FORGOT and since they already had other people waiting they tried to make me wait until all of them were done even though I had already been waiting an hour and originally asked before anyone else was even there.

Terrible customer service. I gave them a lot of service just to be left unsatified. Owner has no people skills. I have proof from a reputable company that the service I paid for was not taken care of as they stated was done. Not even worth the effort of arguing. Never again!

I went in, for a used tire, as my car unexpectedly went flat. They gave me one and mounted ot for $25 bucks! 25 bucks!!! I was impressed. I go there for my routine oil changes and fluid flushes. The only complaint is that my wife went for an oil change, and they have a banner flying on the building for $19.99 oil change, and they told her it was 30 bucks.

Came here through a Groupon deal. I like it. Fair prices and nice guys.

Waste of [a lot] of time and money. Had a groupon for a 4 wheel alignment. Called up and asked if I needed to make an appointment. Was told, "we are wide open this afternoon". Told them I would be in within the hour. Got there in 45 mins. Was told that one person showed up ahead of me and that it would be 30 mins before they could start my alignment. Nearly 3 (three!) hours later, I was still sitting in their reception area when someone asked me to come out and look at my car. They said that they couldn't loosen a nut near one of the tires, so they couldn't align it properly. So, as a recap, a huge waste of 3 hours, $70 for the groupon, and my tires tires are still out of alignment. To be clear, the misrepresentation of the amount of time it would, and ultimately did take, is my issue with this place. Bad experience all around.

I went there for an oil change which was only $20. The service was great, the atmosphere was relaxed. i ended up talking to the front desk associate about having to get new tires and she mentioned they sell used tires. I got a quote from them for $40 a tire for 245/65/17s plus something like $5 or $10 for installation. 2 used tires installed and an oil change for right over $100. I'm very happy. All in all I would highly recommend this place. I will be back.
