PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! I BEG OF YOU!! I purchased a Groupon and got an Oil change/rotated tires/safety inspection. The owner called me and said I needed 2 tires, front brake pads and rotors. I decided to get it done because I was headed out of town the next week and I wanted the car in great working condition. My car was worked on Saturday (June 18th) , not even 2hrs later, one of the two tires they put on my car flattened. I brought my car back to them and they changed it. Thursday, June 23rd, I headed out of town. While on the road, it felt like my wheel was going to come off. I had to risk driving on it because I was in the middle of nowhere. When I finally got to my destination, I had to pay someone else to check it out and they told me whoever put the tire on did not screw the nuts in all the way and the remaining three were improperly installed. I contacted ALL4TIRES and the owner, ALEJANDRO did not once get on the phone after I specifically asked to speak to him. His receptionist kept referring messages from him. She told me to bring the car back in but the problem was, I was out of town and couldn't do that. I ended up having to rent a car for the rest of my trip which I did not budget for AND pay someone to make the car at least operable so that I could make it back in town to Georgia. I told the receptionist the exact day I was coming back in town and I wanted to speak to the owner in person since my issue wasn't important enough for him to even give me a call back or get on the phone during the initial call. When I got back in town, I brought my car back, once I got there, he's nowhere to be found even though I said what time and day I would be there. The receptionist stated he was NOW out of town for a week. As a result, I had to continue to drive around on a bad wheel for a WHOLE week as I could not afford to RENT a car for another week. I came back after the week, yet again (mind you I'm taking off work to do so), and he happened to be there. I could have told him how unprofessional he he handled my situation or his lack luster attitude about it or how he ignored my repeated calls but at this point I was exhausted. I just told him I wanted my car FIXED IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR. I had none of these wheel issues before they worked on it. He brought it to the back and pretended to check it out. He said he didn't think it had anything to do with their work unless it was the tire. I told him the wheel may have gotten damaged BECAUSE the nuts were not installed properly and unbeknownst to me, had fallen off. I had driven 500 miles before I got to my destination and someone was able to check it out. So yes, their work was the byproduct to the new issue that had arose. I HAVE NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES WITH MY WHEEL EVER BEFORE ALL4TIRES WORKED ON MY CAR. As my husband I noticed that Alejandro was dismissing their wrong doing and continued to check out tires instead of looking elsewhere to the structure of the wheels, we decided to take my vehicle to somewhere else because we were getting nowhere. So now I'm stuck with more damages to repair than what I did before I brought my car here on June 18th. Not to mention the money I paid for the rental car I had to use out of town instead of using my OWN car and the money I paid someone else to just put a band-aid on the problem so I can get back to Georgia safely. Not to mentioned the time wasted on phone calls trying to hunt Alejandro down and missing work trying to bring the car in. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE LONG READ BUT PLEASE TAKE HEED TO MY MESSAGE TO YOU WHEN I SAY, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THIS OWNER IS MAKING HAND OVER FIST MONEY CATCHING PEOPLE THROUGH THE GROUPON BAIT BUT DOESN'T REALLY CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH HIS WORK. I never leave comments but I just wanted to warn you all. I will be taking this complaint to the Better Business Bureau so I hope he is reading this and change is bad practices real fast. Dear customer. We know things did not happen the way you described it. But we were always in touch with you and tried to resolve the issue. The problem on your car was not related with the tires we replaced and that's why your demands were denied.
