Horrible customer service and ill prepared staff. Placed an order in person that had to be corrected at least three times before getting it right. Then, I get a call back about 15 minutes after leaving that I need to come back because the items I wanted are no longer in stock. This is just the beginning of the inconvenience, but I'll spare the details. Alejandro is an extremely condescending, rude, demeaning individual that tries to finagle people into paying extra for less with no regard for professionalism. Instead of being empathetic and listening to my grievance this guy decided to overtalk me, blatantly interrupt me and suggest more than once to cancel the order as opposed to offering a solution for the inconvenience. He then attempted to lecture me about respect despite having disrespected me repeatedly. I gladly canceled my $1800 order with them and had no qualms about spending more with a much more reputable and worthy business. In the words of Jo Jo's father " I don't care if I pay my attorney one million dollars, I no give you one more dollar" !!!! Part of enjoying the privilege of the American Dream of being a business owner is exemplifying a higher modicum of decorum than your irate customer, knowing that the customer is always right, possessing the ability to know the difference between a customer that complains with their mouth (asking for recompense) and one that complains with their feet (walks away for good). Meeting Alejandro and enduring the less than desirable experience has helped me to understand why Trump was so easily elected. Response to owner: Alejandro I'm not surprised that your response is to try to blame the customer and that you use words like entitled. My exact words were I don't want to just buy any wheel to have new wheels, if I'm going to buy a new set I will buy The one I WANT and not just what's available. The last time I checked purchasing an item does entitle you to get what you are asking for. You got irritated because I was interested in a very specific wheel, did not go for the unrelated options that you showed me last minute in an attempt to just make a sale instead of satisfying the customer and refused to share other dealer quotes with you. So, I'll gladly be entitled at someone else's business if it means not allowing the manipulative likes of you to take advantage of me! What's sad is my experience with you isn't isolated, but you are too cynical to see it. Let me know how well being righteous and a dick works out for your steadily dropping review ratings. Sure it's my horrible experience, but it's your business image and it's more than one of me to speak out against one establishment. You'd rather express your judgemental opinion and feel like you're right than to be a humble business owner. Why be in the service industry if you have no idea how to serve? You take care and spend your energy on gaining customers to balance out how effortlessly you push them away.
Wow Kara, this really surprise me and all my team here, due to the fact that since you walked in the store you were very demanding and rude and all our team work hard despite you entitlement attitude. Our job is to serve and try to do our best to make all our customers happy. It was never our intention to disappoint you, but we are sure you will have this type of issues wherever you go using phrases like 'if you want my money you have to do this....' It does not matter how much money you spend, all the people that work at our company deserves respect and that is something we never get from you. We are here to serve the community with respect and honesty. We worked hard trying to make you happy, we ran several quotes for you, showed you multiple options, but nothing seems to please you and did not spend a penny with us. We hope you can find a place where they can meet your expectations.
