Got 2 used tires. Good! Would've been great had they asked if I wanted 2 of the same tire instead of mix-max tires. Would've been excellent had they come to the customer waiting area to let me know my vehicle was ready instead of relying on a text msg. That was 20 wasted minutes that gave my groceries an opportunity to rot in my hot car. No time for jokes about wasting my money!

I got the deal from groupon and went there for allignment. The tech said my outer tie rod both leaking and need to be replaced before allignment can be done. The cost to repair close to $200 and they said it's fine if I took somewhere else for repair. What they don't tell is replacing that part required allignment at the same time so you can't do it on 2 different shop. I read lots of reviews from yelp and Google mentioned about similar diagnostic from this place. I immediately trade in my groupon and buy sears allignment service instead. Sears found nothing wrong on the tie rod. VERY SHADY and DISHONEST business practice. Stay away!

I went to the location in Austell, I live off Barrett Pkwy and I’ve been coming to your establishment for years as have my family and friends and not until you hired the African American guy have I ever had a problem personally. In time past the owners wife was a compliment to the his sometimes brash demeanor. He was rude and very abrasive using profanity as I was walking out the door. I asked him what time would the owner be in and he proceeded to be argumentative I told him I didn’t want to speak with him, he said well he won’t be here till 10, after he just said he’ll be here in a few minutes prior. I’m sure I can find some where closer to home. Since the warm friendly service is what kept me coming. I have since shared this experience with 3 other of your customers, which one of them has encountered the same employee. Responding to ratings is not helping your rating go up, especially with someone sabotaging your business the moment customers walk in the door.

They were polite and dealt with me on a personal level. There are very respectful and knowledgeable. Also they had a comfortable clean waiting area.

the techwith the long hair told me that I needed to replace both my tie rods or else the alignment wouldn’t hold and of course tried to get me to get service with them. I looked at them and thought they looked fine. I took it to my mechanic and he also said they were in great shape. so they’re not very honest. also charged a guy $75 to replace an air filter which cost like $7 and takes 45 seconds to complete.

Verify and be leery. Don't trust em.
